April 2026
Flexera One introduced the following new features and enhancements this month.
Administration
Administration released the following feature in April 2026.
Databricks cost visibility and analysis now available in Flexera One
This feature is available as an early‑access capability for Databricks. To enable it for your account, contact Flexera Support. For more information, see Contacting Flexera Support.
Using Databricks Bill Connect, you can ingest Databricks billing and compute data into Flexera One for cost reporting and analysis. With this capability, you can:
-
View your Databricks costs in Flexera One to get a complete view of your cloud costs.
-
Drill down to identify the most expensive SKUs, clusters, and other dimensions.
-
Forecast your Databricks spend across different dimensions.
-
Perform cost allocation and planning across teams using tags and rule-based dimensions.

IT Asset Management
IT Asset Management released the following enhancements in April 2026.
Bulk Deletion for Computers, Licenses, and Users
This enhancement is available with IT Asset Management.
The bulk deletion functionality in IT Asset Management has been enhanced to support the deletion of computers, licenses, and users.
This can be performed directly from the All Inventory, All Licenses, and All Users pages. Alternatively, bulk deletion can also be performed using the Business Adapter.
This enhancement helps maintain clean and accurate data by enabling users to efficiently remove obsolete or unwanted records.
For technical details about how bulk deletion operates for computers, licenses, and users, see Bulk Deletion.
Quantity Per Unit field added to the Report Builder for Purchases
This enhancement is available with IT Asset Management.
You can now add the Quantity Per Unit field in Report Builder under Purchases, making it easier to report on purchase quantities with more precision.
Previously, this field was not visible in the Report Builder, even though the data was captured in IT Asset Management under All Purchases.
The Quantity Per Unit field states the multiplier for the number of individual items included in each purchased unit (relevant for purchases of groups or packs). For example, if you bought a pack of 5 licenses.
For more information on building custom reports, see Creating a Custom Report.
Partner Service Layer
Partner Service Layer released the following feature in April 2026.
Bulk lifecycle management of customers
This feature is available with Partner Service Layer.
Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners can now onboard and offboard customers in minutes, significantly simplifying customer lifecycle management. This functionality removes operational bottlenecks and improves time to value by enabling MSP partners to easily:
- Create and delete customers in bulk using the publicly available APIs
- Add or remove customers manually in the Flexera One UI
- Import customer data using CSV files in the Flexera One UI
Bulk operations support up to 100 customers per request, across both the APIs and the Flexera One UI.

Cloud Cost Optimization
Cloud Cost Optimization released the following new features and enhancements in April 2026.
New Alerts page for Budget and Anomaly alerts
This enhancement is available with Cloud Cost Optimization.
You can now proactively monitor and manage your cloud spend with a unified Alerts and Notifications experience in Cloud Cost Optimization. This release introduces the Alerts page (Cloud > Alerts & Notifications > Alerts), where you can manage Budget Alerts and Anomaly Alerts to detect cost risks early, investigate anomalies faster, and take action with confidence.
Using Budget Alerts, you can track spend against cost plans with configurable thresholds to avoid overspending. Anomaly Alerts help you identify unusual changes in cloud spend based on deviation or cost impact across defined scopes. All alerts can be created, viewed, and managed from a centralized Alerts page, providing visibility into alert status, activity, and configuration in one place.
This enhancement enables you to move from reactive to proactive cost management, improve cost visibility across teams, and respond quickly to budget risks and unexpected spend changes.
The Anomaly Alert type is currently being rolled out and may not be available to all customers yet.
Existing policy-based Budget Alerts and Cost Anomaly Alerts are being deprecated. Users are encouraged to switch to the new Alerts and Notifications experience, which provides a more scalable and unified approach to alert configuration and management. To avoid duplicate email alerts, terminate any existing budget and cost anomaly policies when switching to the new experience.
For more information, see Alerts and Notifications.
